The Strasburg Creamery has been an ice cream destination in Lancaster County since 1985 and is the cornerstone of the Strasburg Shoppes at Center Square. We make our own waffle cones fresh each morning, as you can smell when you walk in. We use only the freshest ingredients to make our super creamy ice cream onsite and we rotate over 140 unique flavor creations throughout the year. Our seasonal peach and strawberry sundaes are irresistible, as are our signature apple dumplings and creamy milkshakes. The Creamery has plenty of seating, from old-fashioned ice cream parlor tables and booths to shaded outdoor tables and benches right on the Square. Come in for ice cream, or enjoy a soup and sandwich from our deli and have a dip for dessert.
